This is Japans largest floating crane called Yoshida. Created by Mitsubishi heavy Industries Division, Yoshida has a boom length of 132m. and a lifting capacity of 3700 tons! Each one of the booms hooks is over 10m tall and capable of lifting whole bridge sections with ease.
Here is Yoshida getting ready to lift the Japanese submarine SS-600 Mochishio at the Kobe Kawasaki yard. The Mochishio is the last of the Japanese Oyashio-class submarines and is approximately 84m in length
